Terms of Service

DevSewa provides application-scoped authentication, transactional mail, an encrypted user file vault and a secret store, mediated by a control plane. Products marked “preview” (SMS, hosting, backups and the GPSewa billing connection) are provided to early-access customers as-is while they are opened; products marked “coming soon” are not part of the Service until released.

You are responsible for the applications you register, the client secrets you mint and the URLs you allow-list. Keep client secrets confidential and server-side; revoke any secret you believe has been exposed.

• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited mail or to store content you have no right to store.
• Do not attempt to access another tenant’s data or to circumvent scope checks.
• Do not resell the Service without a written agreement.

You own the data your applications store and the relationship with your end-users. DevSewa processes that data only to provide the Service, applies the isolation described on the Security page, and records administrative actions in an audit log available to you.

The Service is free during early access. Paid plans will be published before any charges apply, with at least 30 days’ notice to existing accounts.

Early access services may change. We will document breaking API changes under a new version path and give notice before retiring one. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the console.

We may suspend an application that violates these terms or endangers other customers, and will tell you why. You may close your account at any time; secrets and vault files are purged after a retention period for audit.

The Service is provided “as is” during early access. To the extent permitted by the laws of Nepal, DevSewa’s liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kathmandu.
