Mail overview
Transactional mail brokered per application, always from that application’s own domain.
How it is organised
- Sender lane — a domain registered in the mail engine with an SMTP identity and DNS (SPF, DKIM). Belongs to exactly one application.
- Sending identity —
alias@domain, set per application. Required before any send. - Template — published centrally; you pass variables.
- Relay — the monitored DevSewa relay today; bring-your-own SMTP is on the roadmap.
Attribution
DevSewa authenticates to the mail engine as one caller and names your tenant as the message origin inside the payload. Idempotency keys are namespaced per tenant, so a retry from one application can never collide with another’s.
