Sender domain
Register a lane, then assign it to the application.
Registering a lane
Lanes are registered by DevSewa support for now: send the domain you want to send from (for example notify.yourbrand.com). You will receive DNS records to publish; once they verify, the lane appears under Mail → Sending domain → Sender lanes on this account.
A domain, not an address
Enter
notify.yourbrand.com, never notify@yourbrand.com. The alias field supplies the part before the @. An address stored as a domain is rejected on first send.Errors
| Error | Meaning | Fix |
|---|---|---|
mail_domain_not_configured | The application has no sending domain | Set one on the Sending domain tab |
sender_identity_mismatch | alias@domain does not match the lane’s SMTP identity | Align the alias with the registered identity |
mail_backend_unreachable | Mail engine down or unreachable | Retry; nothing was sent |
